My Story
Hiking my way home
I spent most of my life running from my shadow, distracting myself from the darkness within. My escape? Mountains. I chased success on every summit, convinced that the next peak would finally bring peace. But no achievement could quiet the emptiness inside.
Like many of us, I thought the solution to my pain was somewhere out there—on the next mountain, in the next goal. But the truth is, the real mountain we must face is within. Until we heal the pain inside, the emptiness remains, no matter how many external peaks we conquer.
Breathwork helped me find that healing. It brought me back to myself, to a deep peace I had been searching for all along.
Now, I guide women on this same journey. If you're ready to stop chasing and start climbing The Mountain Within, let’s breathe, heal, and rise—together.
Somatic Breathwork
Just like climbing a mountain requires patience, presence, and trust in each step, healing happens when we stop forcing and start feeling.
Somatic breathwork is a powerful practice that helps you access and release stored emotions, stress, and tension that your body has been holding onto—sometimes for years. It bypasses the overthinking mind and works directly with your nervous system, helping you shift from survival mode into a state of deep connection, clarity, and peace.
If you’ve ever felt stuck, numb, or disconnected from yourself, it’s not because something is wrong with you. It’s because your body has been protecting you. Through intentional breath, we gently unwind those old protective layers so you can reconnect with the full depth of who you truly are.
You don’t need to think your way into healing. You just need to breathe.
